All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
If this occurs, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery through our [Contact Page] and include your order number and clear photos for review.

Order Processing & Shipping

Processing: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days once processed
Rate: $12 flat rate within the U.S.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. KaeXtensions is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once shipped.
Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses match, as mismatched orders will be canceled.

Hair Care & Maintenance

Our extensions are made from 100% raw, natural hair. To preserve longevity and quality:

  • Professional Installation: Always have extensions installed and styled by a licensed stylist.

  • Gentle Care: Use sulfate-free shampoos, conditioners, and products made for extensions.

Proper maintenance ensures your KaeXtensions remain soft, full, and reusable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, submit a request via our [Contact Page] within 48 hours of delivery.
Defective or incorrect items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all labels, freebies, and included materials.

Return Package Requirements

If a return for defective or incorrect items is approved, the following must be included:

  • Original packaging and labels

  • All accessories or freebies (if applicable)

  • Invoice or proof of purchase
