Final Sale Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.
Exchanges are only considered for items that are defective or incorrect upon delivery.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product or a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at info@kaextensions.com or via our Contact Page.
Defective or incorrect items must be returned for review before a replacement is issued.

Products must remain in original condition:

  • Bundles must not be cut, colored, styled, unraveled, or altered in any way.

Damaged Items

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. We will review your case for a possible replacement.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, your return package must include all original contents:

  • Original packaging

  • Freebies or accessories (if applicable)

  • Invoice or proof of purchase

Non-Refundable Costs

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
