Final Sale Policy
  • All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.

  • Exchanges are only considered for defective or incorrect items.


Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product or a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at info@kaextensions.co.
  • Defective or incorrect items must be returned to us for review before a replacement is issued.

  • Products must be in their original condition:

    • Bundles should not be cut, colored, styled, unraveled, or altered in any way.


Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@kaextensions.co. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. We will review your case for a possible replacement.

Return Requirements
To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, the return package must include all original contents:
  • Price tags and labels

  • Original packaging

  • Freebies and accessories (if applicable)

  • Invoices, warranty cards, or other documentation


Non-Refundable Costs
  • Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
