At KaeXtensions, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy below.


Processing Times

  • Orders ship within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).


Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days (U.S.). 

  • Rate: $12 flat fee within the U.S.

  • International Shipping: Rates vary and are calculated at checkout. Delivery can take up to 15 business days. Customers are responsible for customs duties or fees.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. We ship Monday through Friday only.


Tracking & Address Accuracy

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email after shipment (allow 24 hours for updates).

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If updates are needed, contact info@kaextensions.co immediately.

Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses will be canceled.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once shipped, responsibility transfers to USPS. For issues, please contact USPS directly. For lost or significantly delayed packages, email info@kaextensions.co, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
